General Secretariat

The General Secretariat of the Christian Conference of Asia (CCA) is headed by the General Secretary, Rev. Jung Eun Grace Moon, who assumed office in June 2026. As the chief executive officer of the CCA, Rev. Moon is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, implementation, and monitoring of the CCA’s programmes and activities. The General Secretary is also responsible for strengthening relationships with member churches and councils, liaising with the governing board and advisory bodies, and fostering partnerships with governments and intergovernmental organisations.

Rev. Moon is the eleventh General Secretary in the history of the CCA since its establishment in 1957.

An ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Korea, Rev. Jung Eun Grace Moon brings extensive ecumenical leadership experience to her role, having served the CCA for more than fourteen years prior to her appointment as General Secretary. From 2012 to 2016, she served as Executive Secretary for Faith, Mission and Unity. From 2016 to 2026, she served as Programme Coordinator for Mission in Unity and Contextual Theology. Prior to joining the CCA staff, she served as Secretary for Ecumenical Relations Planning at the General Assembly Office of the Presbyterian Church of Korea.
